GAOCPC is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and accountability in all certification examinations. Examination integrity safeguards the credibility of GAOCPC certifications and protects the public, candidates, and member institutions.
All candidates are required to conduct themselves with honesty, professionalism, and ethical responsibility throughout the examination process.
The following actions constitute violations of examination integrity and are strictly prohibited:

Impersonation or allowing another individual to sit an examination on one’s behalf
Use of unauthorized materials, devices, or external resources
Copying, reproducing, recording, or distributing examination content in any form
Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or examination conditions
Attempting to influence examiners, proctors, or GAOCPC officials
GAOCPC reserves the right to employ examination security measures, including but not limited to:
Identity verification and authentication procedures
Proctoring and monitoring technologies
Review of examination responses for irregularities or patterns of misconduct
Post-examination audits and investigations
Confirmed breaches of examination integrity may result in one or more of the following actions:
Immediate disqualification from the examination
Invalidation of examination results
Suspension or permanent revocation of eligibility for GAOCPC certification
Revocation of previously awarded certification
Notification to relevant ecclesiastical, professional, or institutional authorities
All disciplinary decisions are made at the sole discretion of GAOCPC and are based on documented evidence and due process.
GAOCPC recognizes the right of candidates to seek review of examination-related decisions and has established a formal appeals process to ensure fairness and transparency.
Appeals may be submitted only on one or more of the following grounds:
Procedural irregularities that may have materially affected examination outcomes
Administrative or clerical errors in scoring or reporting results
Documented extenuating circumstances that were not previously considered
Appeals based solely on disagreement with examination results or dissatisfaction with outcomes are not grounds for review.
Appeals must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of official notification of examination results
Appeals must clearly state the grounds for appeal and include any supporting documentation
Appeals submitted outside the stated timeframe will not be considered
Appeals are reviewed by an independent GAOCPC Examination Review Committee
Committee members are not involved in the original examination administration or scoring
Additional information or clarification may be requested from the candidate during the review process
Candidates will be notified in writing of the appeal decision
Decisions of the Examination Review Committee are final and binding
No further appeals or reconsiderations will be permitted once a final decision is issued
GAOCPC is committed to administering certification examinations in a manner that is fair, impartial, and consistent with its ethical and professional standards. Examination integrity and the appeals process exist to protect both the candidate and the public trust placed in GAOCPC certifications.
